Motion Perfect

Trio's Motion Coordinator SERIES 2 uses the power of a 32bit DSP processor to allow machine developers to program their machines in a way, which reflects the separate tasks a system has to perform. Motion Perfect is a fully integrated development environment running under the Microsoft 'Windows' operating system. It enables machine setup to be much easier and quicker. Motion perfect runs on a Windows PC and connects to the controller with a single serial port.

Motion Perfect Hardware Requirements:

• IBM PC or Compatible running Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher, or Windows 95
• Unused Serial Port (16550 UART required)
• Works with any SERIES 2 Motion Coordinator: MC202, MC204, MC216, MC2 and Euro205

Controller Configuration:

• Graphical display of controller configuration
• Confirm connection of additional hardware options
• Connect / disconnect from controllers
• Download files to extend and update the MotionCoordinators system software

Project Manager:

• Load and Save multiple programs as a single project
• Load and Save controller variables and table memory to disk.
• Verify contents of controller match the project file on disk
• Automatically generate controller "Startup" configuration

Editor & Debugger:

• Simultaneously edits both controller programs and a copy on disk - programs do not need to be downloaded after editing
• Windows style editor with Cut, Copy & Paste - uses the Windows clipboard so information may be pasted between programs

• Full emulation of Trio membrane keypad / display
• Develop programs for membrane keypad without keypad hardware
• Emulates control codes for ITRON vacuum fluorescent displays

• Spreadsheet-style interface to monitor & set parameters
• Changes can be made while programs are running
• Automatically update real-time parameters
• Support for all axis types
• Jog Axes

• Display status of all I/O channels simultaneously
