On Site Product Demonstration

Our customers agree, that testing our products on their machinery, is the best demonstration. An on line demo consists of a Mektron salesperson and application engineer visiting your facility and testing the equipment under operating conditions. We feel this is the only way to be sure our equipment will meet your needs in the field!

For some customers, on site demonstrations are not always an option. If you feel that you have an application for one of our products, please feel free to call us at (914) 747-0100, of fax us at (914) 747-0408. For sensing applications, send us some sample products along with the sensing requirements. Mektron has an in house lab for testing.


System Integration

Once our customer is certain that our product will fit their requirements, we will then assist in the integration of it. Most OEM and user accounts have the in house expertise to do the integration, but Mektron's service is there regardless! One of our staffed engineers will supply all wiring diagrams and installation instructions. If that is not enough, then we are just a phone call away!

On Time Deliveries

Since Mektron is a stocking distributor for all our lines, we usually have what you need, when you need it! We are dedicated to giving you fast and courteous service.

We can also tailor our stock to our customer's requirements. If a customer uses parts on a regular basis, we can specially stock those parts for them. All our customer would need to do, is draw up a usage schedule and Mektron will do the rest! In the end, our customer's won't get in a bind, when the deadline approaches.

Customer Training

After a customer has purchased and integrated a system, we will then proceed to train the in house personnel to use and maintain the equipment. Once the training is complete, Mektron will only be a phone call away if our customers get into a bind. All training would be done on site at the customer's request.

Many of our "high tech" product lines offer their own factory training programs. The training classes are usually free of charge, except for travel and lodging expenses.

Startup and Programming Services

Many of our smaller user and OEM accounts do not have the resources available to program and debug their new system. For reasonable fee, Mektron will supply a turn key system for the customer. The service will include all programming and startup procedures. This way, our customers don't need to expend their resources on something that will be set up once and left to run.
