X-Y-Z Vision Inspection Station
X
axis is mounted to a steel plate, while the Y-Z axes are mounted in a
bridge configuration, All three axes have square rail linear bearings,
precision ball screws, and linear encoders. The x axis has waycovers to
protect the linear bearings and screw assembly.
X-Y-Z Belt Driven Inspection Station
The
X and Y travel use belt driven positioning tables. Travel is 30 feet (9
meters) by 9 feet(3 meters). The Z axis is ball screw driven with 8 inches
(200 mm) of travel. The steel surface plate is mounted to a flexible
aluminum structure.
Belt Driven X-Y Infrared Inspection
The
16 foot (5 m) by 6 inch (150 mm) X-Y axes are mounted to a movable
flexible aluminum structure. The X axis is driven by a belt, while the Y
axis uses a standard
